Godz

Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to your information when you read our independent Godz Casino review. We are a review site, not the casino, and we keep the data we handle to a minimum.

Who we are

We publish a single review page about Godz Casino for readers in Australia. We do not operate the casino, we do not take deposits, and we cannot see or change anything in a player account.

Because we hold no accounts, there is no login, no password and no profile on this site. If you are looking for your casino account details, those sit only with the operator.

What we collect

Our web server records basic technical information every time a page is requested: your IP address, the browser and device type, the page you asked for, the referring address and the time. This is standard for any website and is how we spot errors and abuse.

We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or payment details anywhere on this page. If you contact us by email, we keep your message and address only for as long as needed to answer.

Cookies and measurement

The page works without cookies that identify you. If we measure traffic, we do it in aggregate, to see which sections readers open and where they leave, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time. Doing so will not stop you from reading the review.

When you click through to the operator

The Visit Godz buttons take you to the operator's website. From that moment you are on a different site with its own privacy policy, its own cookies and its own rules about identity checks and marketing consent.

We cannot control what the operator collects, and we have no access to it. Before you register there, read its privacy policy and the terms you are asked to accept, including the tick box about marketing messages.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for a short rolling period and then deleted or anonymised. Messages sent to us are deleted once the matter is closed, unless we are required by law to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we collect so little, the answer is often that we hold nothing that identifies you, and we will tell you so.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which handles privacy complaints in Australia.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown on it. Reading the review after a change means you accept the updated version.
